Terms of Clearance: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act and its implementing regulations, 5 CFR 1320, this survey is disapproved on the grounds that it substantially duplicates a data collection already conducted by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, OMB# 1220-0032. OMB will work with the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Census Bureau and any other interested parties to eliminate the duplication and meet the objective of this survey to assure fullest practical coverage for survey frames.
