A TELEPHONE SURVEY WILL BE CONDUCTED OF A NATIONALLY REPRESENTATIVE SAMPLE OF LICENSED CHILD CARE CENTERS CONCERNING POLICIES AND PRACTICE RELATED TO PREVENTION OF INFECTIOUS DISEASES AND INJURIES. THE PURPOS OF THE SURVEY IS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ON HEALTH AND SAFETY PRACTICES AND TO DETERMINE WHETHER CDC RECOMMENDATIONS ON INFECTIOUS DISEASE PREVENTION REACHED LICENSED CENTERS.
