Abstract: FERC-531 PROVIDES INFORMATION FOR THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS OF INDEPENDENT NATURAL GAS PRODUCERS TO SELL NATURAL GAS IN INTERSTATE COMMERCE.
