Abstract: INFORMATION PROVIDED BY FERC-559 ALLOWS THE COMMISSION TO DETERMINE THAT THE RATES CHARGED BY GAS PRODUCERS FOR "OLD GAS" IS THE LAWFUL PRICE. FERC-559 IS ALSO FILED BY GAS PRODUCERS TO ADVISE THE COMMISSI OF A RATE CHANGE. RM89-16 IS PROPOSED TO AMEND THE REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT THE DECONTROL ACT OF 1989.
