Abstract: PROJECT WILL LOCATE/TRANSFER VALUABLE INFORMATION ON MUNICIPAL TREATME (MWWT) - TRAINING VIDEOS, COURSES, MANUALS, SOFTWARE - ALREADY DEVELOPED, BUT ISSUFICIENTLY USED. THE MWWT COMMUNITY, SMALL TOWNS, AND PUBLIC WILL BENEFIT, SAVINGS BE REALIZED.
