Abstract: VISTA MUST INCREASE THE NUMBER OF COLLEGE GRADUATE VOLUNTEERS. LITTLE IS KNOWN ABOUT THIS MARKET. VISTA WILL STUDY COLLEGE JUNIORS & SENIOR AND THOSE WHO VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME, AND THE DECISION-MAKING PROCESS BY CURRENT AND PAST VISTA VOLUNTEERS.
