THIS REVIEW, WHICH THE AGENCY DISCUSSED IN THE FY 1989 AND 1990 INFORMATION COLLECTION BUDGETS OF THE UNITED STATES, WILL LOOK AT EACH OF THE RECORDKEEPING AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS "TO SEE IF BETTER WAYS COULD BE FOUND TO ACHIEVE THE SAME RESULTS WITHOUT HAVING A DETRIMENTAL EFFECT UPON THE OFCCP PROGRAMS."
