Terms of Clearance: This ICR is approved for three years. This ICR does not include the burden hours associated with laboratory testing of pesticides required for pesticide registration under FIFRA. EPA should continue to develop methods to estimate this burden, specifically when EPA amends Section 158. In addition, a burden box should be placed in the instructions of the Confidential Statement of Formula (CSF).

EPA THEN MUST DETERMINE IF THE PESTICIDE COMPLIES WITH TH FIFRA REGULATIONS.
