Abstract: WATERFRONT FACILITIES THAT TRANSFER CERTAIN HAZARDOUS LIQUEFIED GASES IN BULK MUST TEST THEIR CARGO PUMPING SYSTEMS EACH YEAR. RESULTS OF THE TEST MUST BE KEPT AND MADE AVAILABLE TO THE CAPTAIN OF THE PORT TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THIS REQUIREMENT.
