Abstract: THE FEDERAL AVIATION ACT OF 1958, SECTION 312 (49 U.S.C. 1353) AUTHORIZED RESEARCH TO ASSURE SAFE AND EFFICIENT NAVIGATION AND TRAFFI CONTROL OF CIVIL/MILITARY AVIATION.
