Abstract: ASCS-95 WILL BE USED ON A ONE-TIME BASIS TO DETERMINE COUNTY OFFICE SERVICES THAT NEED IMPROVEMENTS. THE QUESTIONNAIRE SOLICITS INFORMATI FROM FARMERS ON COUNTY OFFICE EMPLOYEE INTERACTION, RESPONSIVENESS AND EFFECTIVENESS. THIS QUESTIONNAIRE WILL BE RUN ON A PILOT BASIS IN SEVERAL STATES AND COUNTIES.
