The Department
of Commerce shall remain responsible for resubmitting this
information collection to OMB for review as required under the
Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department must submit two separate
requests to OMB -- one for OMB control number 0640-0017, the other
for OMB control number 9999-0001. The Department must also
reestimate the burden hours of this information collection in its
next resubmission. Alternatively, the Department may choose to work
with the other affect Federal agencies to ensure that each of them
submits a separate information collection request and burden
estimate covering their use this form. In this case, there would no
longer be any need to account for the burden under "9999-", but the
Department would remain responsible for submitting the form itself
to OMB for review under the "0640-" control number (and for any
burden associated with the Department's own use of this form).
