Abstract: INFORMATION IS REQUIRED ANNUALLY FROM OWNERS OF VESSELS OF THE U.S. WH DESIRE PERMISSION TO FISH IN COLOMBIAN TREATY WATERS. INFORMATION IS REQUIRED IN PART BY COLOMBIA IN ACCORANCE WITH AGREEMENTS UNDER THE TREATY AND IN PART BY THE U.S. TO ADMINISTER SUCH AGREEMENTS. APPROXIMATELY 60 VESSELS WILL BE INVOLVED.
