Terms of Clearance: We have approved reinstatement of ETA forms 8413 and 8414 until September 1991 because of the ongoing OIG/SOL review of forms 9025 and 9026 (which will suppplant the need for the 8413 and 8414). ETA shall immediately submit an ICW to delete the 8413 and 8414 upon such time as the 9025 and 9026 go into effect.

ETA REPORTS 2112, 8401, 8405, 8413, AND 8414 ARE USED TO MONIT UNEMPLOYMENT TRUST FUND CASH FLOW, DISBURSEMENT, MEASURE CASH MANAGEME PERFORMANCE AND REGULATE BALANCES PERTAINING TO UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS PAID FROM FEDERAL SOURCES. THESE ACTIVITIES ARE COORDINATED WITH STAT GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS.
