Terms of Clearance: We have approved the information collection requirements of this class exemption with the following condition. The agency has not demonstrated that the information requirements in Section III, paragraph (j) of the exemption are the least burdensome necessary. Specifically, the PWBA has not shown why it is necessary to maintain DAILY transaction information, including price, number of coins, date and time for each customer. Therefore, in accordance with 5 CFR 1320.6(a), the agency shall not require transaction information, as described in Section III, paragraph (j), to be maintained more frequently than on a QUARTERLY basis (ie., on a more aggregate level). Should the PWBA wish to have this information maintained more frequently, the agency may resubmit this paperwork package at any time with a revised justification.
