Abstract: ANNOUNCES THE AVAILABILITY OF FY 90 FIVE-YEAR SECTION 8 CERTIFICATION (1,035) FOR PHAS/IHAS WHO WISH TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION OF COOPERATIVE OWNERSHIP BY PUBLIC HOUSING RESIDENTS. PHAS/IHAS MUST SUBMIT A HOMEOWNERSHIP CONVERSION GRANT APPLICATION CONTAINING CERTAIN THRESHOLD CRITERIA, APPLICATIONS WILL BE RANKED, APPROVED AND FUNDING ACCORDING TO THE NOFA.
