Abstract: TO COMPLY WITH THE OFFICE OF NATIONAL DRUG CONTROL POLICY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SECTION 5301 CONCERNING ELIGIBILITY FOR PROFESSIONAL AND COMMERCIAL LICNESES ISSUED BY THE FCC, THE FCC WILL REQUIRE A CERTIFICATION THAT APPLICANTS, LICNESEES, AND PERMITTEES ARE NOT SUBJECT TO A SECTION 5301 DENIAL OF FEDERAL BENEFITS AND REQUIRE LICENSEES AND PERMITTEES TO REPORT ANY SUCH DENIAL OF BENEFITS.
