This information
collection is disapproved and continued through 4-92. We are
disapproving the information collections tied to the proposed rule,
"Food Stamp Program: Establishment of Outcome-based Performance
Standards for Employment and Training Programs" for the following
reasons: OMB returned the rule for reconsideration pursuant to E.O.
12291, and are presently waiting for a revised version. Since the
new version will likely change the information collection
requirements, the presently submitted version will most likely be
innaplicable. In addition OMB has concerns over the information
collection burden imposed by the collection as submitted. We are
continuing the clearance of the existing information collection and
have extended it through 4-92.
