Abstract: INFORMATION FOR USE IN THE AUDITIN AND FINANCIAL SYSTEM IS COLLECTED FROM LESSEES AND LEASE OPERATORS TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE DATA ON SALES AND ROYALTIES OF SOLID MINERALS PRODUCED FROM LEASES FEDERAL AND INDIAN LANDS. THE DATA ARE USED TO DOCUMENT PAYMENTS, MAINTAIN ROYALTY ACCOUNTS, AUDIT, AND CROSS-CHEC REPORTED MINERAL PRODUCTION.
