Abstract: IN THE EVENT OF AN OIL SPILL OF SUFFICIEN SEVERITY TO REACH THE THRESHOLD FOR LIABILITY OF THE TAPS FUND, DAMAGE PARTIES MUST FILE CLAIMS WITH THE FUND IN ORDER TO RECOVER. THE INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENT SETS OUT THE CLAIMS INFORMATION THE PARTIES MUST SUBMIT TO THE FUND.
