Abstract: THE CALIFORNIA SOUTH CENTRAL COAST FIP PROPOSES THE REDUCTION OF VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS (VOC'S) EMISSION FROM SPECIFIC STATIONARY SOURCES. THE EMISSION REDUCTIONS ARE NECESSARY TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN THE OZONE NATIONAL AMBIENT AIR QUALITY STANDARDS (NAAQS).
