Terms of Clearance: Approved by OMB for one year under the following conditions: a) In its next submission, HUD shall provide more information on the Department's determination that 100 respondents will be attaching Section 8 certificates. b)HUD shall provide detail on the number actual number of PHAs that have attached certificates. c) HUD shall also list in its chart "New Requirements Applicable to Program" the information flow between the public and the agency. d)HUD shall provide any certificates, forms and documents that already exist at HUD which the information collection package references, such as: pledging contracts submitted by lenders. e)HUD shall provide standard information collections forms for Section 882.707. HUD shall add the required burden hour disclosure statement and OMB approval number to the standard form. OMB has given HUD a one year clearance to permit necessary time to mee the above stated requirements.
