This ICR is
associated with the NRC proposed rule entitled "Emergency Response
Data System" which was published in the Federal Register on October
9, 1990. This amendment to 10 CFR Part 50 is approved through
January 31, 1991, at which time the baseline ICR's clearance
expires. The whole package should be submitted to OMB for review
prior to that time. When the rule associated with this ICR is
approved in final for by the commission, a new ICR should be
submitted to OMB to reflect any changes from this package, and the
increase in burden associated with the new reporting requirements.
If there are no changes in this packa the NRC may simply submit an
information correction worksheet to reflect the increase in burden
from the final rule.
