with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320, this information
collection request is approved for use through January 31, 1994.
However, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is disapproving
the requirement that respondents retain records pursua to this
information collection for longer than three years, as this record
retention requirement violates OMB guidelines at 5 CFR 1320.6(f OMB
will reconsider this disapproval if the agency provides additional
information to OMB to justify the need for respondents to retain
information longer than three years.
