This ICR has
three parts: (1) renewal of existing information requirements in
the EPA FAR, (2) new information requirements proposed in the FR on
Feb. 20, 1990 on cost and pricing data, and (3) new information
requirements proposed Oct. 4 1990 on underlying assumption The
renewal portion is approved, the portions associated with the two
proposed rules are not approved under 3504(h). ICRs for proposals
must be submitted to OMB according to 5 CFR 1320.13 not 5 CFR
1320.14. EPA shall submit separa ICRs for each of these rules prior
to final promulgation. EPA shall discuss its response to comments
on the information requirements, if any. EPA shall use a more
flexible, performance based standard for submission by computer
disk and consider dropping the hard copy submission as
duplicative.
