Abstract: TO DETERMINE FROM BOTH COMMERCIAL AND PLEASURE VESSEL OWNERS THE FREQUENCY IN WHICH THEY READ THE LOCAL NOTICE TO MARINERS (LNM). THE DATA WILL BE USED TO EVALUATE WHETHER THE LNM COULD BE PUBLISHED MONTH INSTEAD OF ON A WEEKLY BASIS, AND IF A USER CHARGE FEE SHOULD BE IMPOSED. A SAMPLE OF THOSE INDIVIDUALS WHO CURRENTLY RECEIVE THE LNM.
