In accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act and its implementing regulations 5
CFR 1320, this information collection has been approved for six
months. Should the Agency choose to resubmit this information
collection, it shall justify in more detail the need for the
practical utility of this collection. Specifically, the Agency
shall describe: (1) how this collection is associated with the
swine I.D. program and the goals of tracing diseased swine, (2) any
efforts of the agency to identify duplication information of the
two programs, (3) the process for facilities to get APHIS approval,
including any application or other forms, and (4) a review of the
associated rules and the possible need for amendment or
reorganization.
