Abstract: SURVEY INSTRUMENTS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO APPROXIMATELY 5-10,500 CITIZENS NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT RESIDING OVERSEAS AND 500 LOCAL ELECTION OFFICIALS TO OBTAIN STATISTICAL DATA RELATING TO THE ABSENTEE VOTING PROCESS. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE USED BY THE FEDERAL VOTING PROGRAM TO PREPARE THE REPORT TO THE PRESIDENT AND CONGRESS REQUIRED BY 42 USC 1973FF.
