Abstract: STATES AND TRIBES WITH PRODUCING OIL AND GAS LEASES ON FEDERALLY SUPERVISED LANDS ARE AUTHORIZED TO ENTER INTO COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS WITH BLM TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN OIL AND GAS INSPECTION ACTIVITES. THE INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENT IN THESE REGULATIONS, AT 43 CFR 3192.1-2(D)(E) IS NEEDED TO IDENTIFY WHICH ACTIVITIES STATES AND TRIBE ARE PROPOSING TO CONDUCT.
