Pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act, we have approved through September 1993 only OSHA Form 73. If the agency finalizes regulations for 29 CFR 1915.7 before that time, the agency shall submit a paperwor clearance package to reflect those changes. OSHA 74 is no longer approved under this OMB number because the agency has determined that the form is not subject to PRA review due to Dole v. Steelworkers.
