review modified instructions for Pilot C. These instructions should
encourage employers to attach - rather than transcribe the detailed
case characteristics from another form - a worker's compensation
form, where available. If employers use the worker's compensation
form, BLS shall instruct them that they should ensure all BLS
requested information is complete and that they are permitted to
block out any information not requested by BLS.
