Abstract: THS AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL PROVISIONS OF PART 60 WILL REDUCE THE REPORTING BURDEN FOR 13 NSPS SUBPARTS FROM QUARTERLY TO SEMIANNUALLY FOR CONTINUOUS EMISSIONS MONITORING DATA. SUBPART A OF THE GENERAL PROVISIONS IS AMENDED TO REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A SUMMARY REPORT FORM ON A SEMIANNUAL BASIS IF NO EXCEEDANCES ARE RECORDED.
