Abstract: THIS SURVEY WILL ASSESS COMPLIANCE WITH THE SECTION 313 REGULATION'S SUPPLIER NOTIFICATION PROVISION. IT WILL TARGET MANUFACTURERS OF MIXTURES/TRADE NAME PRODUCTS TO DETERMINE IF SUCH NOTICESARE BEING SEN AND WILL ALSO TARGET POTENTIAL DISTRIBUTORS AND RECIPIENTS OF THE NOTICES TO DETERMINE IF THE NOTICES ARE RECEIVED AND ARE EFFECTIVE.
