Abstract: SECTION 74.985 REQUIRES SIGNAL BOOSTER STATIONS TO OBTAIN WRITTEN CONSENT FROM THE LICENSEE OF ITFS STATION WHOSE SIGNALS ARE TO BE RETRANSMITTED. DATA ATTACHED TO APPLICATION FOR SIGNAL BOOSTER STATION DATA WOULD THEN BE USED TO ENSURE THAT BOOSTER STATION HAS CONSENT TO RETRANSMIT ITFS STATION SIGNAL.
