Abstract: P.L. 97-219 LEGISLATED THAT SBA MAINTAIN AN SBIR SOURCE LIST OF SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN PARTICIPATING IN THE SOLICITATION PROCESS OF SBIR TO COMPETE FOR SBIR AWARDS. THIS FORMAT PROVIDES THE VEHICLE FOR COMPANIES TO BE ADDED TO THE LIST OF NAMES TO WHIC COPIES OF THE SBIR PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT ARE SENT EACH QUARTER.
