Abstract: INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM SMALL BUSINESSES WILL BE USED TO EVALUATE THE SBA 7(A) GUARANTEED LOAN PROGRAM. 1,000 LOAN RECIPIENTS WILL BE INTERVIEWED ABOUT THEIR OPINION OF THE PROGRAM, ABILITY TO OBTAIN FINANCING, AND BUSINESSES' DISPOSITION SINCE 1985 (E.G., GROWTH, FAILURE). 1,000 NON-PARTICIPANTS WILL BE INTERVIEWED FOR COMPARATIVE INFORMATION.
