Abstract: THE COURSE EVALUATION FORM, OSHA 49 WILL BE USED TO COLLECT EVALUATION FEEDBACK INFO FROM STUDENTS ATTENDING COURSES CONDUCTED BY OSHA TRNG. INST. THE STUDENTS WILL EVALUATE COURSE CONTENT, TOPICS, EFFECTIVENESS OF LABORATORIES/WORSHOPS MATERIALS, AND TRAINING AIDS. INFO WILL BE USED TO MONITOR IF TRAINING OBJECTIVES AND GOALS ARE BEIN MET.
