Abstract: SECTION 1502 PROVIDES FOR THE PROMULGATION OF REGULATIONS WITH RESPECT TO CORPORATIONS THAT FILE CONSOLIDATED INCOME TAX RETURNS. THESE PROPOSED REGULATIONS AMEND THE CURRENT REGULATIONS REGARDING THE USE O CERTAIN LOSSES AND DEDUCTIONS BY SUCH CORPORATIONS.
