Abstract: INFORMATION REQUIRED BY THE NSPS IS NECESSARY TO ENSURE THAT MUNICIPAL WASTE COMBUSTOR (MWC) EMISSION STANDARDS ARE ATTAINED AND THAT MWC'S ARE PROPERLY OPERATED AND MAINTAINED. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS ALL PLANTS LARGER THAN 35 MG/DAY CAPACITY IN THE MWC INDUSTRY WHICH MAY BE OWNED BY LOCAL GOVERNMENTS OR PRIVATE COMPANIES.
