Abstract: OBSERVATIONS, INTERVIEWS, AND QUESTIONNAIRES WILL BE USED TO EVALUATE THE STRESS LEVEL ASSOCIATED WITH OPERATOR REQUALIFICATION EXAMINATIONS WHICH INDUSTRY FEELS IS CONTRIBUTING TO A HIGH FAILURE RATE. RESULTS WILL BE USED TO IMPROVE THE EXAMINATION PROCESS.
