Abstract: REGULATIONS UNDER 7 CFR PART 250 IMPLEMENT PUBLIC LAW AUTHORIZING DONATED FOODS FOR SPECIFIC CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS. THE REGULATIONS ARE NEEDED TO SET FORTH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF DONATED FOODS TO ELIGIBLE OUTLETS AND RECIPIENTS.
