Abstract: SECURES DATA ON CURRENT AN CAPITAL ACCOUNT TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN U.S. BANKING BRANCHES AND AGENCIES AND FOREIGN OWNERS HOLDING A TEN PERCENT OR MORE OWNERSHIP INTEREST IN THEM.
