EDA SEEKS TO SURVEY JURISDICTIONS
WHICH RECEIVE PUBLIC WORKS GRANTS AND BUSINESSES WHICH USE THE
RESULTING PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS AS PART OF A BROADER STUDY OF THE
ECONOMIC IMPACT AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PUBLIC WORKS PROGRAM. THE
STUDY IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE GUIDANCE TO EDA POLICY MAKERS AND
PROGRAM STAFF IN BOTH REFINING PROGRAM POLICIES AND IMPROVING
CRITERIAFOR PROJECT SELECTION.
