Abstract: THERE IS A NEED FOR AN EFFECTIVE MEANS TO EVALUATE THE INFORMATION SERVICES WORLD TRADERS DATA REPORT (WTDR), AGENT DISTRIBUTOR SERVICE (ADS), AND COMPARISON SHOPPING SERVICE (CSS). RESULTS ARE NOT IMMEDIA AND SURVEYS TAKEN DIRECTLY AFTER SERVICES ARE RENDERED DO NOT ALWAYS REFLECT AN ACCURATE ASSESSMENT. THEREFORE, AN EVALUATION TAKEN 2-3 MONTHS AFTER A SERVICE IS PERFORMED IS NECESSARY TO DETERMINE THE TRUE
