Terms of Clearance: OMB has approved this information collection under the following conditions: 1) In the next printing of HUD Form 92290, HUD shall clarify the Instructions for Questions 1-7. Questions 1-3 are self explanatory, as is question #7. Questions 4-6 are to be completed by HUD, and this should be stated in the instructions. 2) In its next submission, HUD shall provide greater detail on the actual number of loan applications for Section 102(b) assistance, to verify that the loan applications have been in a "downward trend".

Abstract: FORM HUD-92290 IS THE ONLY FORM USED BY NONPROFIT BORROWER CORPORATION PARTICIPATING IN HUD'S SECTION 202 PROGRAM FOR HOUSING THE ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED TO MAKE AN APPLICATION FOR A SECTION 106(B) "SEED MONEY" LOAN.
