Abstract: SECTION 3 OF THE CHILD NUTRITION OF 1966 (P.L. 89-642), AS AMENDED, 42 U.S.C. 1773 AUTHORIZES THE SPECIAL MILK PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN. THE REGULATIONS SUBMITTED WITH THIS CLEARANCE SET FORTH THE REPORTING AND RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROGRAM. THE PROPOSED REQUIREMENT IS INTENDED TO REDUCE EXCESSIVE ADMINISTRATIVE PAPERWORK BURDENS.
