Abstract: TO MORE EFFECTIVELY PROVIDE EXPORT COUNSELING TO CLIENTS IT IS NECESSARY TO HAVE BASELINE MEASURES FOR ASSESSING THE LEVEL OF USER SATISFACTION. A SEMI-ANNUAL SURVEY WILL BE SENT TO DISTRICT OFFICE CLIENTS TO ASSESS QUALITY OF COUNSELING. DATA FROM SURVEY WILL POINT TO SKILLS, DEFICIENCIES OR TRAINING NEEDS.
