Abstract: THE PROCUREMENT TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT PERFORMANCE DATA REPORT IS THE PRINCIPAL INSTRUMENT USED IN MEASURING, ON A QUARTERLY BASIS, WHETHER THE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT RECIPIENTS (STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, PRIVATE NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS) ARE MEETING THE GOALS AND OBJECTIVES, AS STATED IN THEIR PROPOSALS, UPON WHICH AWARD WAS MADE.
