Abstract: THE GOVERNMENT SECURITIES ACT OF 1986 REQUIRES ALL FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS THAT ACT AS GOVERNMENT SECURITIES BROKERS AND DEALERS TO NOTIFY DESIGNATED FEDERAL REGULATORY AGENCIES OF THEIR BROKER/DEALER ACTIVITIES. THESE FORMS MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THAT ACT.
