In this way ED may more accurately determine how the Handbook affected respondent views.

Abstract: THIS BRIEF SURVEY OF 96 PUBLIC SCHOOL "TEACHERS" AND COUNSELORS IN GRADES 5-8 DEALING WITH CHILDREN OF "ALCOHOL ABUSE" PARENTS WILL ENABL THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION TO IMPROVE A HANDBOOK ON CHILDREN OF ALCOHOLICS. THE HANDBOOK IS CURRENTLY BEING PREPARED. ALL RESPONDENT WILL HAVE REVIEWED THE DRAFT HANDBOOK PRIOR TO THE SURVEY.
